The Future is Cognitive

Client: Bloomberg + Neom

Commissioned by: Bloomberg Media Studios

Commissioned by Bloomberg Media studios, and working in collaboration with Mute Animation Studio, I was asked to define the visual style the and provide 20+ styleframes for a video depicting the contrast between smart cities and cognitive cities.

Neom is the Saudi Arabia-based company behind The Line - a linear city designed to have no cars, streets or carbon emissions.

The purpose of the animation was partly to envision what life might be like in this new ecosystem, but largely to demonstrate how technology will be integrated into everyday life, creating a fully automated and frictionless living experience.
